The YMCA A/C Conference Hall has a seating capacity of 150 pax. Located on the first floor of the YMCA Tower on Palace Road, it is easily accessible from the city centre. Its ambience is most suitable for executive seminars and conferences. The Hall offers an acoustically treated sound system, facility for audio/visual presentations and comfortable cushioned chairs. We also have a Mini Conference Hall (non A/C) with 35 pax.

Cleaning charges (if serving food): Rs. 800/-.

Terms

1. Extra hour charges: A/C Rs.1,000/- and Non A/C Rs. 750/-.
2. Hall arrangements only on program day.
3. Complementary provisions according to availability.
   • Chairs 100 nos.
   • Minimal sound system with mike.
4. Generator charges non A/C halls.
   • Rs. 250/- (less than 1 hr).
   • Rs. 500/- per 1 hr.
